Recruiting is an ongoing process and this provides Accessible Home Health Care© with a large pool of professional caregivers to provide all levels and types of care at your facility. Our staff has been processed through our “AccessEgde”© process. We guarantee all caregivers are screened, tested, certified, experienced, and investigated, putting you and your mind at ease. These professionals are available to supplement your full time employees and/or during a temporary increase in demand for additional staff at the facility.
Facilities look for flexible and varying work schedules and environments as well as be placed on a short term and long term basis. Your advantage is a direct contract with Accessible Home Health Care© for all positions that need to be filled. You have a fixed cost and can request changes in personnel to meet any fluctuating needs. We provide our supplemental short term or long term staffing service in, but not limited to:
